1. What services do you offer at your photographic studio?

We have one philosophy here at TYE...if it can fit through the door, we will photograph it! We have shot everything from pens to pool tables, from babies to groups of 30 people. There is nothing that scares us. 

2. How do I book a photography session with your studio?

3. Can I visit the studio before booking a session?

Absolutely. We love meeting our clients before we photograph them. We believe that a connection needs to be made before you take someone's pictures.

5. What is the pricing structure for your services?

We have many different packages and options that we can discuss during our initial consultation. Suffice it to say, we can customize an option to suit you and your budget.

6. Do you offer any discounts or promotions for multiple sessions or referrals?

We love repeat clients and we definitely incentivize them to return.

7. Do you provide hair and makeup services for photography sessions?

We provide HMUA for our maternity clients and can book artists for any of our other shoots if the client wants.

8. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? 

We are pretty flexible with rescheduling as long as it is done in a reasonable time frame.

9. How long will it take to receive the final edited photos? 

Normal turn-around is around 7-10 business days after selection depending on the amount of editing.

10. Can I order prints or digital files of my photos, and is there an additional cost for that? 

We offer only the best in prints, canvas, metal prints of custom books  

11. What equipment and lighting do you include in your studio rental? 

We have beautiful ProFoto heads that are included in the rental along with modifiers and triggers

12. Can someone help me with the lights?

There is always someone at the studio to assist if you are not comfortable with our equipment. If necessary, we can set up the lights for you before you arrive.

13. Can I shoot at night?

Our normal hours are 8-5, however we do allow after hours shooting at a slightly higher rate. The rate is also higher to rent the space on Sundays.
